Our owner, William Taylor has continuously held his real estate license since 1971. He earned a broker license in 1974. He has 36 years of experience in dealing with nearly all types of real estate and sales.

William Taylor established Berset & Taylor Realty in 1985 in Ashland. Berset & Taylor Realty has been servicing home sellers and buyers for almost 25 years. Our business includes services for Residential, Commercial, Land and Investment properties. We also have a Rental division that not only rents properties, but handles property management as well.

Much of our work is in the Metro West Area; including such towns as Ashland, Framingham, Hopkinton, Holliston, Natick, Westborough, Northborough and Southborough. We have also worked outside the Metro West area in towns including Milford, Uxbridge, Blackstone, Webster and Acton.

We have relationships with several mortgage brokers in order to ensure the buyers we bring to your home can afford it. We are a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors®. Our staff is highly motivated and enjoys what they do for a living.
